Project Management

Being the first Project Manager at what was then a startup in 2010, I thrive at bringing structure and strong execution to a chaos. I have since built our world-class Project Management team from the ground up, with responsibilities ranging from Agile Development management to Strategic planning and execution.

The team partners closely with Product and Engineering Management to ensure we have prioritized appropriately and focus on timely delivery of products that yield a high ROI. We manage everything from timelines to resources through the full project lifecycle.


Compliance and Governance

I helped take our late-stage startup through the pre-IPO process, inclusive of establishing and integrating SOX controls into our software environment. This includes developing training material, controls and processes for documentation, development, releases and administration of our environment, which manages billions of daily financial transactions. My team and I have built a rigorous set of IT General Controls that have passed Internal and External audits for 4 years and counting, inclusive of a SOC report with no exceptions, earning the praise from our external audit firm for the integrity of our environment and the thoroughness of our controls.


Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance serves as yet another check in our well-balanced software development practice. Our team solely made up of Software Development Engineers in Test roles document and fully automate test cases for distributed software systems and high-scale platforms supporting billions of daily transactions and petabytes of data, ensuring we continue to hit our 99.999% uptime SLA requirements customers come to expect of the platform. I have built a blended on-/off-shore matrix organization that supports multiple product priorities with fungible resources that can reliably and flexibly shift from project to project as necessary while still maintaining the same high standards teams have come to expect of this organization.
